If you’ve got a full day to explore, this is the way to do it, Edinburgh’s highlights, a taste of the countryside, and plenty of time to take it all in without rushing.

We’ll kick things off in the city, cruising through the elegant New Town, wandering the picture-perfect Dean Village and Duddingston Village, soaking up the views from Arthur’s Seat and Calton Hill, and showing you a few hidden corners only locals know about.

Then it’s time to head beyond Edinburgh for some proper Scottish magic:

Meet the world’s fluffiest locals, Highland coos at a nearby farm, selfies 100% encouraged.
Drop into a legendary kilt shop, Royal Family suppliers since 1868, and peek into its fascinating little museum.
Check out the jaw-dropping Forth Bridge in South Queensferry, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that looks even better in person.

Somewhere along the way, we’ll stop for a laid-back lunch at the Roseleaf, one of our favourite pubs in Edinburgh, quirky, welcoming, and famous for its seasonal food. We’ll also make time for coffee stops, photo ops, and those little detours that make a day feel like an adventure.

Jump into one of our wee Mini Coopers, up to 3 people, for a zippy, city-to-countryside ride, or stretch out in a Mercedes V-Class if you’re a group of 4-7.
